SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through Glow Roots Make.
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days after payment authorization.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other days on which carriers or fulfillment facilities are closed.
Processing time is separate from delivery time.
During product launches, holidays, sales, high-volume periods, severe weather, or other exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are generally:
- United States: 7–20 business days;
- International destinations: 10–30 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may be affected by destination, product availability, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.
Any different delivery estimate displayed on the product page or at checkout will apply to that order.
3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information.
Tracking information may require 2–7 business days after shipment to begin displaying updates.
Some orders may be transported by more than one carrier, and tracking may not update at every stage of transportation.
4. Separate Shipments
Products in the same order may be stored at different fulfillment facilities. As a result, an order may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.
Receiving one part of an order does not necessarily mean the remaining items are missing.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate:
- Full name;
- Street address;
- Apartment, suite, or unit number;
- City, state, and postal code;
- Email address and, when requested, telephone number.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order enters processing.
6. Shipping Delays
When we are unable to ship an order within the promised timeframe, we may contact the customer to request consent to a revised shipping date.
When required by applicable law, customers may cancel an unshipped delayed order and receive a refund to the original payment method.
Carrier delays occurring after timely shipment may be outside our direct control, but our support team will assist with available tracking information.
7. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, local taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges.
Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility.
Glow Roots Make cannot control or predict customs charges or customs processing times.
8. Lost Packages
A package may only be considered potentially lost after the carrier’s normal delivery window has passed.
Customers must contact us at support@glowrootsmake.shop with their order number. We may ask the carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate.
Refunds or replacements are not issued while an active carrier investigation is pending.
9. Packages Marked as Delivered
When tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should:
- Verify the shipping address on the order confirmation;
- Check entrances, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and secure areas;
- Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management;
- Contact the delivery carrier;
- Wait at least 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before physical delivery.
After these steps, contact us for assistance.
We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after confirmed delivery to the correct address, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for accepting delivery and responding to carrier or customs requests.
Packages returned because they were refused, unclaimed, or subject to an incorrect address may incur return and reshipping charges.
