At GlowRoots, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • In their original condition (unused, unworn, or unopened)
  • In original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@glowroots.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? We make exchanges easy. Contact us at hello@glowroots.com and we'll ship the replacement once we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumable products (food, supplements, skincare)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
