REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Glow Roots Make. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Glow Roots Make is operated by BUTTKE QUANTUMSYNC LLC.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition;
- Have all original packaging, labels, seals, accessories, and promotional items;
- Show no signs of use, testing, alteration, contamination, or damage caused after delivery;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the applicable order number.
Submitting a return request does not automatically guarantee approval.
2. Beauty, Makeup, and Personal-Care Products
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of makeup, cosmetics, skincare products, beauty tools, or personal-care products that have been opened, used, tested, unsealed, or removed from their protective packaging.
Opened products may only qualify for a replacement or refund when they are confirmed to be defective, damaged during shipping, contaminated before delivery, or materially different from the product ordered.
Customers should review product ingredients, instructions, warnings, colors, dimensions, and descriptions before purchasing.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective:
- Opened, used, tested, or unsealed cosmetics;
- Personal-care and hygiene products;
- Gift cards;
- Customized or personalized products;
- Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”;
- Free promotional items;
- Products damaged through improper use, storage, application, or handling;
- Products returned without prior authorization.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, contaminated, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery at:

- Order number;
- Description of the problem;
- Clear photographs or videos of the product;
- Photographs of the shipping packaging and shipping label.
After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.
Do not discard the product or packaging until we complete our review.
5. How to Request a Return
Before returning any item, email support@glowrootsmake.shop and provide your order number and reason for the return.
Approved returns will receive return instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization.
Products sent without authorization may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.
Do not mail returns to our business address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.
6. Return Shipping Costs
When a return is requested because the customer changed their mind, selected the wrong product, entered incorrect information, or no longer wants the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When the return results from our error or from a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide an appropriate return solution or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs when approved in advance.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the entire order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or not delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Glow Roots Make is not responsible for unauthorized returns or packages lost during return transportation.
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
The fastest way to obtain another product is generally to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products are subject to availability.
8. Order Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation or modification requests must be sent as soon as possible to support@glowrootsmake.shop.
We will attempt to accommodate requests submitted within 12 hours after purchase, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
After an order has shipped, it must be handled under the regular return process.
9. Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for your bank or card issuer to post it to your account.
Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
We do not issue cash refunds, checks, or refunds to a different payment method.
10. Refused and Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned because of an incomplete address, incorrect address, refusal, unclaimed package, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempt may be refunded only after the package is received and inspected.
Original shipping costs and any return-to-sender charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
