Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. This is automatically applied at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes or internationally at this time. International shipping is coming in 2025.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through your GlowRoots account.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location and selected shipping method.
