Absolutely. GlowRoots is Leaping Bunny certified. We never test on animals, and we never will.

Are your products vegan?

Yes! All GlowRoots products are 100% vegan. No animal-derived ingredients, ever.

What skin types do your products work for?

We formulate for all skin types. Each product page lists the ideal skin type(s) to help you choose.

Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?

Never. Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, and 1,300+ harmful chemicals.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Most GlowRoots products have a shelf life of 12–18 months. The PAO symbol on the packaging tells you exactly.

Can I return a product if it doesn't work for my skin?

Yes. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If a product doesn't agree with your skin, contact us for a refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the US only. International shipping is coming in 2025.
